Instructions for Participants
General information
All presentations, including the invited talks, will take place on Zoom. The information you need to log in the Zoom Meeting will be emailed by the end of July. If you have registered but have not received this information, please contact the organizing committee (sicol2022@gmail.com).
A regular oral presentation is 20 minutes long and is followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.
An invited talk is 60 minutes long including a Q&A session.
Q&A sessions will be moderated by a chair person.
Please follow the standard courtesy of online presentations:
1. Your microphone should be muted except when you speak in the Q&A session.
2. It is okay, but not mandatory, to turn on your webcam.
3. Make your name on Zoom transparent, following the format along the lines of: Mija Kim, Kyung Hee University
4. Follow the instructions of the session chair when you participate in a Q&A session. Raise your hand (digitally) on Zoom and wait for your turn. You may use the chat function in case you have difficulty speaking on the microphone.
Materials for presentations (slides, etc.)
Presenters will be authorized to share their computer screen on Zoom so that they can show their handout or slides and play video and audio files.
Presenters, session chairs, LSK members and registered participants will be able to access and download the program file and the handbook file available at the conference website (http://sicol2022.creatorlink.net).
Recording
All presentations will be video-recorded only for the purpose of archiving. LSK will not distribute the recordings of presentations.
